Terms and Conditions
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the governing text; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Thryp platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), operated by TECNOLOGIA MASTERWEB SAS, Tax ID (NIT) 900947569-8, domiciled at Cra. 64 No. 24-47, Bogotá D.C., Colombia (postal code 111321). By registering an account or using the Service, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and plans (demo vs. paid)
Thryp offers two types of accounts: demo accounts and paid accounts. Demo accounts are free and have limited access: you may explore the interface and try the AI sales chat, but you may not send real emails to leads, connect external integrations (OAuth), or save campaigns or persistent configuration changes. These restrictions are designed to protect the data of real users and to prevent the misuse of shared resources.
Paid accounts unlock full functionality: email sending, integrations with Google and Square, persistent campaigns, SEO analytics, CRM automation, and priority support. The current price is shown at thryp.com/upgrade and may be paid monthly or annually.
2. Acceptable use
By using Thryp, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited email, or illegal content.
- Attempt to circumvent the restrictions of demo accounts by technical means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use Thryp's AI to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Resell the Service without prior written authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
3. AI-generated content
Thryp uses third-party artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude, among others) to generate responses, campaigns, and recommendations. This content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to review the content before publishing it or sending it to third parties. Thryp is not liable for business decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.
4. Data retention and deletion
While your account is active, we retain your data in order to provide you with the Service. If you close your account or stop paying for a paid account, your data is retained for 30 days in inactive mode before being deleted, to allow you to reactivate without loss of information. After that period, it is permanently deleted, except for data we are required to retain by law (billing, Colombian tax compliance).
5. Intellectual property
The code, brand, and design of Thryp are the property of TECNOLOGIA MASTERWEB SAS. The content you create (leads, campaigns, brand copy) is yours — Thryp only processes it to provide you with the Service.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. If the change is material, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
8. Personal data and authorization
To use Thryp, you must accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the data deletion page, and authorize TECNOLOGIA MASTERWEB SAS (NIT 900947569-8) to process your personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Ley 1581 de 2012): to operate your account and the tools of the Service, provide you with support, contact you about the activation of your account or a demo you request, bill you, and, only if you separately authorize it, send you advertising of TECNOLOGIA MASTERWEB SAS and its brands (Thryp, Senty, Masterweb Solutions, and Masterweb AI). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their advertising. The Service's servers are located in the United States. We keep proof of your acceptance (date, version of the documents, IP address, and browser) and will ask you to accept again whenever these documents change.
